As with all our work, you’ll also receive a properly written estimate before we start any refurbishment project. We employ or have access to the following experienced and qualified professionals: Tilers, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, carpenters, glaziers, kitchen installers, bathroom fitters, painters, decorators, landscapers, and gardeners.
Property renovation
Here at PCS Building, we can provide you with all the services you need in order to fully renovate your property. We will manage your project so that you have a single point of contact, whilst we liaise with architects, tradespeople and planning departments on your behalf. We believe that good communication is the key to managing a successful renovation project and see our ability to develop good working relationships as one of our strengths. We will take care of all aspects of the project: getting materials and good tradesmen whenever needed, organizing works to be carried out without delays. We will be in close contact with you throughout the project: updating you on the progress, answering your questions, giving you advice if appropriate. Normally we will leave up to you choose the finishes, equipment, colours – however, we will be happy to assist you in selecting and sourcing those.
